What do people use Hypnosis for?

According to Google, the most common thing people want help with via Hypnosis is to stop smoking and lose weight.

By analyzing the top 50 search terms on Google using the word Hypnosis I found that approximately 6,500 searches PER DAY are specifically done by people wanting help to loose weight with Hypnosis.

Using Hypnosis to stop smoking is close behind with approx 4,800 searches a day.

This does how that significant numbers of people value the effectiveness of self Hypnosis.

I’m finding that people are more inclined to want to relax in the comfort of their own homes and pop on their headphones rather than pay what can be quite large amounts to visit a hypnosis practitioner and in many cases, of course not all, this is a highly effective way to create positive and permanent changes.

Especially in these times of recession and indeed depression I’m having far more requests for reviews of various hypnosis downloads and companies as the popularity and accessibility of self hypnosis at home grows and develops.
